2.  Tutor Mash Up! is not responsible for the character of profiled members on our website. Tutor Mash Up! and Tutor Mash Up Tips! can not be held responsible for the background of our members.

3. Anyone who seeks membership does so upon good faith. Tutor Mash Up! does not do a background check upon it's members.

4. When you connect with a Tutor Mash Up! member you are responsible for any outcome that results from that meeting. It is up to the consumer to use sound, reasonable judgement when connecting with a Tutor Mash Up! member. Tutor Mash Up! is released from all responsibility, or damages that may occur.

5. All tutorial, mentoring, and private instruction meetings are advised to always be held in a public place. Tutor Mash Up! is not responsible nor accountable for any tutorial, mentoring, or private instruction that occurs as a results of a connection made from any information obtained from our website, blog, facebook page, or twitter feed. Nor is Tutor Mash Up! or Tutor Mash Up Tips! financially responsible or accountable for missed sessions, dissatisfaction with our members, our website, blog, facebook page, twitter feed, any unsatisfactory outcome to a tutorial, mentor, or private instructor session.


Disclaimer for Product Reviews:

1. I am happy to review products that pertain to education, family economics, and educational curricula. I will not review products that do not pertain to this website's focus upon education, positive family economics, and curricula.

2. Once receiving a product review I will test the product.  Within one weeks time the product will be tested. Within two weeks the product's review will be posted on my Blog's Product Spotlight Page. I will also have links within the review that will link readers back to the retailer's page. My review will cover the pros and cons of the product. In cases where I have received funds for my review of a product, it will in no way effect my honest opinion of the product.

3. I have a no returns policy on products. Some exceptions can be made if the retailer will pay for the costs of return shipping.

4. I am not responsible for any viewer's satisfaction or lack thereof from a product that is reviewed and highlighted on this Blog.
